YP2 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to, alteration of, or modification of Site content by third parties.

YP2 has no liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of airlines, car rental operators, ferry companies, hoteliers, tour operators or any other supplier or third party.

We have no liability for any loss or damage occasioned by the negligence, act or omission of any supplier or other third party. We reserve the right to cancel or modify itineraries bookings where circumstances require.

Any claim, dispute or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the Services or this Agreement must be initiated within twelve (12) months from the date of occurrence of the cause of action, failing which such claim shall be deemed permanently barred.

In circumstances where liability of YP2 cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. YP2 reserves the right to decline any booking.

To the extent permissible, YP2’s liability shall remain restricted in accordance with the limitation provisions herein.

23. Rights to Use Information and Materials

YP2 is committed to safeguarding the privacy and personal information of its Users in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement (“Privacy Policy”). The Privacy Policy sets out the manner in which YP2 collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information provided by Users. Where you post, upload, transmit, or submit any comment, feedback, suggestion, idea, review, or other materials in connection with the Site or Services (“User Submissions”), you hereby grants YP2 a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, and communicate such User Submissions in any form or medium, subject at all times to YP2’s obligations under its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You acknowledge and agree that certain third-party service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, accommodation providers, transportation companies, and other travel partners, may be located outside India and may be subject to data protection standards that differ from those applicable in India. While YP2 endeavours to engage suppliers that comply with applicable privacy regulations, YP2 does not warrant that overseas third parties maintain equivalent levels of data protection.

The Site may contain links to external sites operated by third parties. Upon accessing such sites, you shall be subject to the respective privacy policies and practices of such third parties, which may differ from those of YP2. YP2 encourages you to review such policies and disclaims any responsibility for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites.

24. Insurance

YP2 recommends that you take out travel insurance. YP2’s staffs are trained to offer you the best policy for your travel needs. Please note that you will be required to pay your insurance premium at the same time as your deposit.

25. Privacy Policy

You shall also refer to YP2's Privacy Policy made available on the site. By using the site, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy and accordingly consents to the use of your personal information by YP2 and its affiliates in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy.

26. Cancellation Policy

All travel bookings facilitated by YP2 are governed by the cancellation, amendment, and refund policies of the respective airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, and other third-party service suppliers (“Suppliers”), in addition to the terms of this Agreement. YP2 acts solely as an intermediary and does not control or determine Supplier cancellation conditions.

26.1 User-Initiated Cancellations

All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing through YP2’s designated support channels and shall take effect only upon written acknowledgment by YP2. Applicable cancellation charges and amendment fees shall be imposed in accordance with the relevant Supplier’s terms and fare rules.

26.2 Cancellation Charges and Non-Refundable Services

You acknowledge that:

  • certain fares, packages, promotional offers, and advance-purchase bookings may be partially refundable or non-refundable;
  • Suppliers may impose escalating cancellation penalties based on proximity to the travel date or booking conditions; and
  • YP2 may levy a separate service or administrative fee for processing cancellations, as disclosed at the time of booking.

26.3 Refund Processing Timelines

Where a refund is permitted under applicable the Supplier policies:

  • YP2 shall initiate the refund request with the Supplier within .. to … business days of receiving a valid cancellation request from the User;
  • Upon receipt of the refunded amount from the Supplier, YP2 shall process the refund to the User’s original mode of payment within …. to …. business days;
  • In most cases, the overall refund cycle may take approximately .. to .. business days, depending on Supplier processing timelines, banking procedures, and payment gateway settlements;
  • YP2 shall not be liable for delays attributable to Suppliers, financial institutions, or third-party payment processors.

26.4 Supplier Cancellations or Schedule Changes

In the event a Supplier cancels, reschedules, or materially modifies a booked service, any refund, credit, or alternative arrangement shall be subject strictly to the Supplier’s applicable policies and availability. YP2 shall facilitate communication but assumes no responsibility for Supplier decisions.

26.5 No-Show and Partial Utilisation

Failure to avail any booked service in whole or in part, including no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures, shall ordinarily result in forfeiture of the booking amount unless otherwise expressly permitted by Supplier terms. In the event of cancellation of partially utilized tickets, upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted.

26.6 Force Majeure Events

Cancellations arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, strikes, transport shutdowns, or regulatory changes — shall be governed by the Supplier’s force majeure policies. Refunds are not guaranteed unless received from the relevant Supplier.

26.7 User Acknowledgement

By confirming a booking and making payment, the User acknowledges and agrees that cancellation and refund entitlements are primarily determined by Supplier policies and that YP2 shall not be liable for non-refundable amounts or penalties imposed by third parties.

27. Refund Policy

All refunds, where permitted, shall be governed strictly by the cancellation and refund policies of the respective airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, and other third-party service suppliers (“Suppliers”). YP2 shall process any refund only upon actual receipt of the refunded amount from the relevant Supplier and shall not be responsible for delays, reductions, or non-receipt attributable to such Supplier actions or timelines.

Approved refunds shall be credited exclusively to the original mode of payment used by the User at the time of booking. Refund processing may require a minimum of fifteen (15) business days or such longer period as may be necessitated by Supplier procedures, banking institutions, or payment gateway providers.

Any convenience fees, service charges, administrative fees, or processing fees collected by YP2 at the time of booking shall be strictly non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

In the event of any refund for partially utilised tickets or services, all promotional benefits, upfront discounts, cashback offers, or coupon-based concessions applied at the time of booking shall be reversed and deducted from the refundable amount in accordance with applicable Supplier policies.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the total refund payable by YP2 to the User shall not exceed the net amount actually received by YP2 from the relevant Supplier in respect of the cancelled or modified service, after deduction of applicable taxes, penalties, and non-refundable fees (“Maximum Refund Cap”).

In the event you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request with a bank, card issuer, or payment service provider in respect of any transaction processed through the Site, you agree to first notify YP2 and provide a reasonable opportunity for resolution in accordance with this Agreement. Where a chargeback is raised without valid grounds or in violation of Supplier policies, YP2 reserves the right to contest such chargeback and to recover from you any costs, penalties, administrative expenses, or losses incurred as a result thereof. Any successful refund already processed by YP2 may be reversed or adjusted if a parallel chargeback is initiated or upheld.

Upon commencement of the tour and/or utilisation of any booked travel service, no refund, reimbursement, or credit shall be permitted in respect of any unused, partially used, or forfeited services, irrespective of the reason, including but not limited to early departure, no-show, illness, change of itinerary, force majeure events, or any of your personal circumstances.

28. Force Majeure Policy

YP2 shall not be liable for any failure, delay or interruption in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay arises from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics or epidemics, earthquakes, floods, storms, fires, war, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, strikes or labour disputes, government actions, orders or regulations, closure of airports or borders, cancellation of transportation services, breakdown of utilities or communication systems, technical failures, or any other event of a similar nature (“Force Majeure Event”).

During the continuance of a Force Majeure Event, YP2’s obligations shall be suspended to the extent affected, and YP2 shall be entitled to modify itineraries, substitute services, revise prices (where supplier costs increase), reschedule travel, or cancel affected bookings without liability, subject always to the applicable policies of service providers.

You acknowledge that refunds, credits or rescheduling (if any) in Force Majeure circumstances shall be strictly subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels and third-party service providers, and YP2 shall not be responsible for any amounts not refunded by such providers.

YP2 shall use reasonable efforts to notify you on the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event and its anticipated impact; however, failure to provide timely notice shall not give rise to liability.

If the Force Majeure Event continues for a prolonged period making performance commercially impracticable or impossible, YP2 reserves the right to terminate the affected booking without further obligation, save as expressly provided under the supplier refund policies.
